Port Call requirements

PRE-ARRIVALS

Please provide our office with the following information, PRE-ARRIVAL documents, certificates at least 72 hours prior to the vessel’s arrival:

  • IMO Number

  • Flag

  • Call sign/MMSI number

  • Registry port and number

  • GRT/NRT/DWT

  • LOA/breadth/draught

  • Quantity/quality of cargo

  • Last-next port of call

  • Registered owners

  • Number of crew on board

  • Crew list

  • Master’s name and nationality

Required certificates prior vessel's arrival.
